IIASA Alumnus Transitions To New Technologies
Yaru Zhang received her master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering in 2012, from Harbin University of Commerce, China. She is currently a PhD student at the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. Her research focuses on energy transformation processes and adoption of new technology in electricity system.
At IIASA, Ms. Zhang will be working on the development of the multi-regional energy transport and structure model for China’s electricity system using the MESSAGE model.
