Staying at the dorm

A limited number of single rooms has also been reserved at a dormitory in Vienna's 11th district (OEAD Guesthouse Simmering).

The dormitory is located in Vienna's 11 district, 2 minutes from the metro line U3 and tram 71 which takes you to Vienna's city center in 10 minutes.

You would be staying in fully furnished, single rooms within a living community (2-4 other tenants, shared bathroom, and kitchen). A personal kitchen box (dishes, cutlery, and cookware), TV-port, telephone, free internet access and bedding (blanket, pillow, bed linen) will be provided. You will also have access to a fully equipped laundry.

The monthly rent for the single room is €450 (excl. telephone usage). The rent is payable at the beginning of each month at the Petty Cash office at IIASA.

ATTENTION: No need to contact the dorm to reserve your room - we will do that for you.
