From October to December 2014 researchers from one of the partner Indian institutions, the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) of Gujarat, visited IIASA [1][2][3]. Considerable progress was achieved in the fields of adaptation of agro-system models to regional data and context, detailed case studies were identified, and preliminary development scenario and storylines generated for the Gujarat region, which lies on the northwest coat of India
The visit by Gujarati partners was the sequel to a 2013 workshop held in Gujarat on "Changing Land Use and Environmental Implications under the Emerging Economic and Climatic Scenarios in India."
