Nebojsa Nakicenovic is Deputy Director General/Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), Professor of Energy Economics at the Vienna University of Technology, Director of the Global Energy Assessment (GEA), and Project Leader for the Austrian Panel on Climate Change's Austrian Climate Change Assessment Report (AAR 2014).
