Tanja Laßnig graduated in 2009 from Karl Franzens University in Graz with a degree in Law, earning her diploma in Human Resources Management a year later.
While pursuing her law studies, Tanja began her career in the NGO sector at the Verein für Kultur at the Karl Franzens University, where she was involved in transnational project management and production management for a number of EU cultural projects (EU Kultur2000 Project, EU joint project „EQUAL“).
Following her graduation, Tanja spent 11 years gaining legal and HR management experience working for various national branches of the large Austrian media concern, Styria Media Group. She is in possession of a wealth of expertise in legal management, HR management and corporate management. Her positions have included Head of Legal Affairs, HR Business Partner and more recently, she served for four years as a member of the International HR Board of the Styria Media Group.
