This report is available online as PDF (Portable Document Format) documents.

In order to view the report your Web browser has to be configured with Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from the Adobe web site. Please make sure that you use version 3.x of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Version 2 might cause problems.

There are problems reported when using Netscape 3 with the Acrobat Reader. In some cases the document loads, but does not display on the screen (the window stays empty). In this case, save the document (file/save as). After this, the document should show up on your screen. The problem seems to be solved in Netscape 4.
