There is a technical problem reported when downloading pdf files

not fully understand, an empty page may turn
up and sometimes an error message 'Error reading file' appears.
If this occurs, i.e., if an empty page shows up and a message occurs

('Document done'), save the file to your hard disk by the 'File/save
as' option of the Netscape main window. Once
this is done, use your Windows explorer to open the file, i.e.,
double-click on the file name with your Windows
NT/98 explorer, and you will have the file on your screen.
