RAINS PM Web Module replaced

The latest estimates of PM emissions and control costs are now available from the new online version of the emissions and costs module of RAINS. This supersedes the previous tool, the "RAINS PM Web Module", which is no longer available online. Please contact us if you still need any information from the outdated version.

RainsWeb Emissions and Costs

The new online version of the emissions and costs module of the RAINS-Europe model provides access to all the RAINS data underlying the recent development of the CAFE baseline scenario. Relevant data for sulphur dioxide (SO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOx), ammonia (NH₃) and non-methane volatile organic compounds (VOC), as well as particulate matter (PM), are included. For a given scenario, the model can calculate the emissions of these pollutants and their abatement costs.
