Welcome to the new season. The new   Tennis Club Committee   hopes that you will enjoy playing on the IIASA courts in beautiful Laxenburg Park as much as ever before. See the guidelines for the registration and booking below.

The procedure for purchasing tickets for the 2012 season is the same as in previous years:

• Tickets can be purchased only by bank transfer of   the membership fee   to:
  BAWAG; BLZ (bank number) 14000;
  account number 05410 066 590, account owner: IIASA Tennis Club
  IBAN: AT611400005410066590, BIC: BAWAATWW.
  Please specify your name in the field for purpose of the money transfer. This will greatly help our treasurer to assign your money transfer to your name (the banks no longer provide on statements names of account owners but the purpose of the money transfer is provided).
• Complete the on-line  registration form
• Newcomers to the Club: please contact Sylvain Leduc (ext. 267) to obtain keys to the courts.

The procedure to reserve courts:

• A booking may be made, as in previous years, up to seven days ahead.
• Booking for members having access to the Web will be possible at all times.
• The e-mail address (tennis.booking@iiasa.ac.at) is available for booking for the members of the Club who have e-mail but don't have access to the Web. Confirmation of the booking will be emailed automatically when the booking is processed.
• Booking for members who have no access to email will be done by Tennis Club hot-line: (0-2236)-807.258. The Tennis Club telephone will be answered at all times during IIASA office hours (Mon-Thur 8:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-15:00; it may be difficult to reach people for booking between 12:00-14:00).
• Guests of the Club Members are welcome to play with the Tennis Club members throughout the season (at a price specified here).

A completed registration form and payment of membership are prerequisites for booking, therefore please arrange the payment for your ticket and fill-in the registration form a.s.a.p. The booking front page (and PIN codes for new members) are generated automatically every night; therefore you will be able to make bookings from the day after completing your registration on the Web.

Again, do not forget to pay your ticket for 2012 and to complete the registration form as soon as possible.
