Step 1:       Create a New YSSP Application.

In order to create a new application, you must receive an application ID Number. This is done by filling in and submitting the form below.

Once you have successfully created a new YSSP application, you will be assigned a YSSP ID Number.

Together with this YSSP ID Number and your email address you will then be able to fill in your YSSP application by proceeding to Step 2.
