April 3, 2013: 5th Stakeholder Expert Group meeting in Brussels

Background reports for the 5th meeting of the SEG on the EU Air Policy Review have been prepared.

The methodology developed within the GAINS framework for the assessment of the effect of future emission control scenarios on compliance with air quality limit values at the local level is described in TSAP Report #9. TSAP Report #10 reviews the potential for environmental improvements offered by emission control measures beyond current
legislation, and compares costs and benefits of cost-effective packages of measures to reduce
negative health and vegetation impacts.

Full documentation for the meeting is publicly available through a dedicated CIRCABC library (navigate: 01-Stakeholder Expert Group -> 2013-04-03 Fifth Meeting).
