From 6-7 December 2016 the Wittgenstein Centre (IIASA,VID/OeAW,WU) and its three pillars, IIASA, the VID at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, hosted this scientific conference in honor of World Population Program (POP) Director Wolfgang Lutz' 60th birthday.
