Yu Nagai graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006 with a BS in mechanical engineering. He completed his master's degree in advanced energy from the University of Tokyo in 2009. Currently, Mr. Nagai is working on his doctorate at the Vienna University of Technology.
His research interests include energy system modeling which focuses on energy access, regional characteristics, and the role of energy technology in economic development.
