IPCC in Austria: Scientific Basis for Working Group I Report

Climate change experts including IIASA Deputy Director Nebojsa Nakicenovic will explain the science behind climate change and provide insight into the new 5th Assessment Report.

On Friday, 4 October, join Nakicenovic and researchers from around Austria, Switzerland, and Germany for an in-depth discussion of the new findings of the IPCC's Working Group I 5th Assessment Report.

The event will also include an introduction to the new Austrian Panel on Climate Change (APCC), which is charged with examining the potential effects of climate change specifically for Austria.
