DTU International Energy Conference on Sustainable Energy for Green Economic Growth

Energy technologies and systems of tomorrow must promote green economic growth. The conference addresses how energy research can contribute to this in collaboration with the energy industry and policy makers.

At DTU International Energy Conference 2013, the latest findings within research in sustainable energy technologies and systems will be presented by DTU researchers and international renowned energy experts.

Nebojsa Nakicenovic, IIASA Deputy Director and Director of Global Energy Assessment program will deliver the opening key note presentation on "Global future energy perspectives with focus on sustainable energy for green economic growth" on September 10. 

The conference is organized with high level plenary sessions with invited keynote presentations on global trends on development of technologies, systems, and economy. Furthermore a number of parallel sessions presents and discuss the most recent developments of energy technologies and systems. The focus of the conference is fulfilling the ambitious targets set by the Danish government and the European Parliament.
