Sergey Aseev gave a talk on "On existence and boundedness of optimal controls in infinite-horizon problems", Alexey Davydov gave a talk on "Stationary solutions in populations dynamic: stability and optimization", Tapio Palokangas gave a talk on "Fertility, mortality and emission policy", and Matthias Wildemeersch gave a talk on "A Collaborative Expert System for Decision Support in Public Policy".
14th Viennese Conference on Optimal Control and Dynamic Games
Following the tradition of the preceding meetings in this series, the conference aims at bringing together researchers in optimal control, dynamic games, and nonlinear dynamical systems, as well as scientists in all application areas.
The topics of the workshop will include the theory and numerical methods of optimal control of ordinary and distributed systems, differential games, related topics in optimization theory and dynamical systems theory, and a broad spectrum of applications involving dynamic models in economics (including population, health and environmental economics), demography, biology, social sciences, engineering, etc.
