Elena Rovenskaya and Leena Ilmola-Sheppard visited Helsinki, Finland

Elena Rovenskaya and Leena Ilmola-Sheppard participated in the seminar organized by the Federation of Finnish Municipalities, Aalto University and Finnish Ministry of Economy and Employment on 15 May, 2014.

The participants of the seminar had a short briefing about the status of the structural change of the municipal system in Finland, then Elena Rovenskaya presented methodological tools developed at IIASA and Leena Ilmola-Sheppard presented the results of the Structural Change of Finnish Economy project.

ASA researchers also had a meeting with Markku Kivinen, Juuso Liesio and their colleagues from Aalto University. Elena Rovenskaya gave a presentation of the Eurasian Economic Integration project and Leena Ilmola-Sheppard gave a presentation of the project objectives to be proposed to the World Bank.
