Artificial Life and Robotics
Leena Ilmola and a IIASA visiting scholar, professor Yoshiki Yamagata organized a session where participants worked together with a method to look at technology driven futures. As a framework for the discussion the session used three technology driven urban scenarios. The full room of Japanese participants generated an interesting debate of the role of technology, uncertainty and resilience.
