International Conference on Problems of Decision-making under Uncertainties in Foros, Ukraine
The conference was organized jointly by T. Shevchenko National University of Kiev (Ukraine), IIASA (Austria), Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics (NASU), System Analysis Committee of NASU, V.I.Vernadsky Tavrian National University. The plenary talk raised concerns about the need for proper models, methods, and data harmonization procedure to modeling and robust management of systemic risks and security under intentional and unintentional threats. Yuri Ermoliev emphasized that these requirements are emerging due to increasing interdependencies of systems operating under inherent uncertainties and risks shaped by decisions of heterogeneous agents.
