Workshop series on new energy transformation pathways and tools

A series of capacity building workshops, organized by UNIDO, GEF, IIASA,and local partners, have recently been held in Cape Verde, India, and Armenia for regional policymakers.

IIASA energy and technology specialists outlined new research on global transformational pathways and regional energy access policies. IIASA’s Energy Access and Energy Multi-Criteria Analysis policy tools were presented to participants to support integrated energy planning and the achievement of universal energy access goals.
