IIASA celebrates 40 years
On October 4th, 1972, IIASA charter was signed. Yesterday, IIASA staff gathered to celebrate IIASA’s history and future with a special ceremony highlighting IIASA's member countries, researchers, and staff. Director and CEO Prof. Pavel Kabat spoke, as well as long-time IIASA librarian Aviott John, and Amanda Palazzo, a new researcher with the Ecosystems Services and Management program.
