Janosch Ondraczek

Janosch Ondraczek is currently working on his PhD in economics at the University of Hamburg, where he pursues research on the solar energy markets of Kenya and Tanzania. As part of this research he is currently collaborating with IIASA's Risk Policy and Vulnerability (RPV) Program where he is analyzing the economic potential of solar energy in East Africa.

Since 2005, Mr. Ondraczek has been a manager with international audit and consulting firm PwC, leading projects for private and public sector clients in the area of renewable energy financing, transactions and strategies. His professional focus has long been on the German and European markets but has recently expanded to other markets.
