Kim Montgomery joined IIASA in 2016 and serves as an International Relations Officer for the External Relations, Communications, and Library Department. Before joining IIASA, Kim was a Professional Staffer for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space, and Technology and a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Representative Rush Holt. Before working for the U.S. Congress, Kim was an APA/AAAS Science Policy Fellow in the Office of Legislative and Public Affairs at the U.S. National Science Foundation and was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health & Society Scholar at Columbia University. Kim has a Ph.D. in Psychology and Neuroscience from Princeton University and a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.
