Hotel Information
A limited block of rooms have been reserved
for particiapants at three hotels near Stanford. Reservations should
be made by May 15, otherwise after
this date, rooms will be on a space available basis.
Contact the Energy Modeling Forum if you need
additional hotel options. To get the special rates be sure to identify
yourself as an IEW/EMF attendee.
EMF will be sending maps and more logistical information
as part of the workshop confirmation package. At this time we will supply
parking permits. If you need logistical information or have individual
requests, please contact us by e-mail, fax, or telephone (see below).
- The Sheraton Palo Alto (formerly Holiday Inn)
is located at the corner of El Camino and University Avenue, at the
edge of the Stanford University campus. The rate for the nights of
June 18-20 is $210 plus tax and for June 21-22 the rate is $169 plus
tax.

The Stanford Terrace Inn, 531 Stanford Avenue,
is also located at the perimeter of the Stanford University campus.
The rate is $140 per night for a single and $150 for a double plus
tax.

The Cardinal Hotel is located on the corner
of Hamilton & Ramona in downtown Palo Alto. The cost for a single
or double room with private bath is $135 plus tax. It is a brief
walk to campus or attendees can catch the Stanford Shuttle at the
Palo Alto Caltrain Station.
