The InterNeg Learning and Training Department contains material on different aspects of negotiation for students and instructors. We also provide information on using INSPIRE and about InterNeg sponsored educational projects conducted at Carleton's Centre for Computer Assisted Management, our collaborators and associates around the world and by other researchers.

Bare Bones Guide to Negotiation. A response from InterNeg team members to an on-line interview with a career development group. It provides general information about negotiation, including several tips for improving your negotiation skills.
Negotiations and Resolving Conflicts An overview of different issues in negotiation with guidelines for meeting some of the associated challenges. Prepared by Professor E. Wertheim, Northeastern University.

INSPIRE

Instructors' Synopsis This is a summary of key information for instructors who wish to set up INSPIRE negotiations.
Instructors' Notes Detailed information for instructors, with examples in courses such as Management Science, Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, International Business, Strategy and Policy, Decision Science, and English as a Second Language.

Assignments
Information Systems An INSPIRE project for students in a Tools for Decision Making course.
Operations Research An INSPIRE assignment to identify the decision making skills of students in a Web based negotiation support system.
ESL A set of materials used in an ESL assignment based on the INSPIRE system. These materials can be used with no modification in ESL intermediate and advanced level courses. They can also be used as an example in other subjects.
