David Cray graduated from University of Wisconsin after doing
research in the U.K. and France. He has taught in the U.S. and England
and now works in Canada. As the behavioralist on the team he is
interested in the position people take around the electronic bargaining
table. At present he is at Monash University in Melbourne. (E-mail)
Gregory Kersten graduated from the Warsaw
School of Economics then moved to Belgium and finally settled down in
Canada. He has taught in Belgium, U.S., Hong Kong and in Canada. Some
fifteen years ago he developed Nego, then has been working on Negoplan
and now it is the INSPIRE project. Gregory is the project's
principal investigator.
Sunil Noronha came from sunny southern
India to cold Canada in search of cultural diversity, but found he
couldn't tell the culture for the bacteria. As the computer scientist in
the group, he's behind the design and implementation of the
INSPIRE site and its negotiation support systems. Sunil is the
project manager.

Zbigniew Mikolajuk, International
Development Research Centre received his Ph.D. from the Warsaw
Technical University. He taught at the Warsaw Technical University and
Warsaw School of Economics and worked in the research labs of Shell and
Philips. Zbigniew's research interests include decision support systems,
artificial intelligence, office automation and sustainable

Madan Mohan, Indian Institute
of Management, Bangalore, India. A Certified Civil Engineer, he
holds a doctorate from the Indian Institute of
Science. Having worked in an academic capacity with rural and
corporate entities, he is interested in the use of electronic
