The Core
 
Gregory Kersten graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics then moved to Belgium and finally settled in Canada and works at Carleton University. In 1997/98 he is at IIASA in Austria. He has taught in Belgium, the U.S., Hong Kong and Canada. Some fifteen years ago, he developed Nego, then has been working on Negoplan and now it is the InterNeg project. Gregory is the project's principal investigator and the director of the Centre for Computer Assisted Management which houses InterNeg.
Sunil Noronha came from sunny southern India to cold Canada in search of cultural diversity but found he couldn't tell the culture for the bacteria. He then moved to U.S. and is working at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights where the climate is less severe than in Ottawa. As the computer scientist in the group, he's behind the design and implementation of the InterNeg site and its negotiation support systems. Sunil is the project manager.
David Cray graduated from the University of Wisconsin after doing research in the U.K. and France. He has taught in the U.S. and England and now works in Canada. As the behaviouralist on the team, he is interested in the position people take around the electronic bargaining table. At present, he is at Monash University in Melbourne. (E-mail)
Greg Schmidt has been teaching IS courses at Carleton University and is the Manager of Computing at the School of Business. He is responsible for all the computers at the School and also for Miko, the InterNeg server. Greg is supervising students who are involved in the project and coordinates the project's distributed activities which has become far more complex with Gregory, Sunil and David residing on three different continents. Chen Ying-Hueih is a Ph.D. student in the School of Business at Carleton. She is involved in conducting negotiation setup and reference search.
Anantha Mahadevan is a Masters student at the School of Business. He works as the Data Analysis Administrator for InterNeg. His areas of interest include E-Commerce, Data Mining, and Knowledge Management. (E-mail)
Kumudini Ponnudurai is an undergraduate Commerce student at Carleton. She is responsible for the Links Department and the system's maintenance. (E-mail)
Ravi Ramsaran is an undergraduate student in the Computer Science Program at Carleton University. He is interested in OO technology and is currently researching Java and JavaScript in Web applications. (E-mail)
Rajeev Mohan is an undergraduate student studying Computer Science at Carleton University. He is responsible for software upgrading and is currently working with Java, JavaScript and C++. (E-mail)

Mario Jativa N. Equinoctial Tecnological University, Quito, Ecuador, economist, received his M. Sc. from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in International Trade. Pekka Korhonen is a professor of statistics at the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland and the DAS project leader at IIASA, Austria.
Zbigniew Mikolajuk, International Development Research Centre received his Ph.D. from the Warsaw Technical University. He taught at the Warsaw Technical University and Warsaw School of Economics and worked in the research labs of Shell and Philips. Zbigniew's research interests include decision support systems, artificial intelligence, office automation and sustainable development. (E-mail)
Madan Mohan, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India. A Certified Civil Engineer, he holds a doctorate from the Indian Institute of Science. Having worked in an academic capacity with rural and corporate entities, he is interested in the use of electronic negotiation systems in multi-party bargaining. (E-mail)
Melvin F. Shakun is a professor at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. He is also a chairperson of the INFORMS Group Decision and Negotiation College, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Group Decision and Negotiation Journal. (E-mail)

Pirkko Walden is an associate professor of information systems at the Abo Akademi University in Finland. Her research activities are focusing on the use of knowledge-based systems when creating advanced knowledge support for the strategic management processes. (E-mail)
Rudolf Vetschera is a professor of organization and planning at the Management Center of the University of Vienna, Austria. His research interests are in the fields of decision theory, decision support systems, and networked organizations. (E-mail)
John Zeleznikov, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. John has a PhD in abstract algebra and has taught and conducted research in computer science, information systems, law and mathematics in Australia, France, the Netherlands and USA. His current research interests focus upon discretionary decision making and negotiation; with a particular emphasis on legal domains.

John Bowen graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Carleton University and is interested in the Internet and its applications. He was responsible for the JavaScript for InterNeg.

Melissa Dowdles coordinated the negotiation sessions and was responsible for the Negotiation Reference Site.
