What are RSS Feeds and how do I use them?
An RSS Feed is frequently updated content published by a Web site. RSS Feeds allow you to receive new content without having to visit the Web site the feed comes from.

RSS Feeds can be accessed either directly through any browser supporting this feature, or through other third party applications.

Once you have chosen how to access the feeds, you simply decide what content you want to receive.

You can choose from:

	IIASA News		Press releases
	Options magazine		Feature articles
	E-newsletter		Podcasts
