Printing
You can print out this online document by activating the main frame (you have to click in it!). Then just select print from the main menu. To print out the table of contents you have to activate the small frame at the left side (click in it!) and select print from the main menu.
You can also print out all tables or all figures in one easy step: click on the "All tables" or "All figures" item in the table of contents ("Appendix"), so that they will be loaded into the main frame. Then activate the main frame and select print from the menu.

Viewing Area
This electronic document is optimized for screen resolutions of 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels. With a lower resolution (such as 640x480) you will have to scroll quite a bit to see some of the figures and tables. Please also use MS-Internet Explorer 3.0 or Netscape 3.0 for browsing - older browsers do not support the frame-based layout.

Fonts
If this document is hard to read it might be that you have not installed the necessary fonts on your system. The following fonts are used:

• Times New Roman (True Type Font)
• Arial (True Type Font)
• Verdana (True Type Font).

If you are using MS-Windows 95 or NT you will probably have installed Times New Roman and Arial. You can download the Verdana font from the Microsoft Web site by clicking on the font name.

Slow Download
IIASA has a very fast ramp to the INTERNET (2.0 Gbit/sec), but due to the overall traffic jam in the INTERNET it might be possible that you still cannot download this document easily. You can get a hard copy by sending an e-mail to heilig@iiasa.ac.at.
