Christopher Doll and Edmar Teixeira have been granted the two IIASA postdoctoral positions for 2007.

Christopher Doll, a UK citizen, received his Ph.D. in Remote Sensing from University College London in 2003. He will be hosted by the Greenhouse Gas Initiative (GGI). From 2004 to January 2007 he was a post-doctoral research fellow at the USA Earth Institute/Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN).

Edmar Teixeira from Brazil, received his Ph.D. in Crop Physiology from Lincoln University, New Zealand in 2006. He will be hosted by the Land Use Change and Agriculture (LUC) Program. He joins IIASA from Wageningen University where he was working as a research fellow in the Plant Production Systems Group.
